Good Meals To Eat After Stomach Flu Stomach Issues After Flu?

Stomach issues after flu? - good meals to eat after stomach flu

Looking for advice .. I had the flu and was sick for about four days. At this time, do not eat too much. I have devoted some of blockers for acid accumulation of acid in the stomach, and I take Advil pain drawbacks. It is now 5 days to eat no more vomiting, but my appetite is always zero, and when I try, or even a piece of bread that I feel forceing down than if I eat 3 meals. That never happened to me ... Is this normal and will pass as I'm completely better?

There are some errors in the stomach, very bad is happening around us. I had a few weeks ago, and I'm still provoke havinbg occasional occurrence of nausea and diarrhea.

What is your appetite, it may take some time to restore normality. Stick to bland foods for a few days - never heard of the BRAT diet? Bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. Also, try not to drink Pedialyte (the best taste but it goes replace fluids).

If not improve within a few days, I would like to make an appointment with your doctor just to make sure.

Improved!
