I do not think there are many chat rooms that might help a lot. There is no way to ensure that only the victims and supporters were there, so you can solve it can do much more harm than good. The rooms have secure Web sites are confidential, and instant messaging and message boards are not secure.
Have you tried to call a crisis center in your area? You know the best resources in your area, including a support group online. They are trained to help people in exactly your situation, including the protection of your identity.
Chat rooms are not always the best choice, because many times we can call anything, but if you come into an entirely different issue that may occur and could be the trigger or disturb.
