Where can I buy cheap Ebiko or Tobiko in Metro Manila? - where to buy the cheapest storage containers

Looking for cheap eBike (shrimp eggs) or Tobiko (flying fish ROE) for sushi and some sometimes. Maki flights sold in the street or eBike Tobiko so I think there must be a place where I could buy cheap.

The only one I know is Tobiko in cold, but too expensive (200 or $ 5) for a small container.

Anyone?
