If a Hiatal Hernia was present, would it show up in a Barium swallow test? - hernia hiatal more condition_symptoms

Recently, I had many symptoms of a hiatal hernia: chest pain, pressure, acidity, heart buttons, difficulty swallowing, difficulty belching. Even if I raise my arms over my head more and more difficult to breathe and I feel something wrong in the middle of the chest. Pleease HELP
